How To Book And Pay?
Booking is effortless: Go to our order form and fill in all the required fields. Forms are powered by jotform.com, if you don't know how to go to forms, here are links for them:
After booking, we will contact you to discuss your project in detail. When everything is sorted out we will send you the invoice. (you have 5 days to pay the invoice)
If the score is ready, please attach it— it will help us check everything and confirm your booking sooner.
A 100% advance payment is necessary to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

How Much Time Do I Need To Book?
Here is a rough estimation of needed recording time:

15-minute session – 1 minutes of recorded music

30-minute session – 2,5 minutes of recorded music

45-minute session – 4 minutes of recorded music

60-minute session – 6 minutes of recorded music
This is a general guideline. The actual time necessary to record your music is determined by the complexity of the music, the quality of engraving, and the instructions you might give during recording. If you are unsure how much time to book email us at ohmyscore@gmail.com. Please attach the score if it’s ready, and we will help you decide.
Do I need to make the booking in advance?
We suggest making the booking at least 21 days before the planned session. This is necessary to check the score and sort everything out. You can also book a shared session less than 21 days before the planned date. In any case, we will contact you, discuss the specifics, and talk any possibilities.
At what time does my recording session start?
All the recording sessions are held from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Warsaw time (GMT+1). For an individual session the time will be agreed when you make the booking. If you book a slot in a shared session you will be notified of the time 3 days before the recording date.
What can I do to prepare for the recording?
To join our live stream, you will need a computer with a stable Internet connection (recommended connection speed is 8 Mbps or more), preferably the latest Internet browser, a mic, Google Meet app. Please make sure to install all the necessary software before the session starts. Also, we recommend using headphones/earphones to prevent audio echo.
Can I communicate with the conductor, the recording engineer or the musicians during tracking and give necessary instructions?
Yes, of course. We will invite you to our Google Meet call/chat and you will be able to communicate with our producer. We recommend to write, becouse it's a faster way to enforce suggestions. And then we can spend more time on recordings.
At what sample rate and bit depth do you record music?
In Custom Session: Depending on your choice, we can record at 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96 kHz with a 24-bit resolution.
In Shared Session: It's 48kHz with 24-bit resolution.
What kind of files will I receive as a result? How soon will you send me the recording?
You will receive a download link to the multitrack files, with all the mics. The files will be made available for download 3 days after the session : this time is necessary for final quality control and to upload the files to the file-sharing website (If it takes longer, we will notify you in advance).
We keep files for 30 days after the recording date.
Who owns the right in the recording? How can I use the recording?
All rights in the recording belong to you. You can use them at your discretion without paying any additional fees or royalties. If you order video recording & editing services - We also give you the rights to use the image of our performers (only on the purchased video recording).
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a booked session after the payment has been made?
If you need to postpone or cancel your paid session, the following rules apply:

If you notify us about cancellation/rescheduling at least 21 days before the recording date, you get the full refund.

If you notify us about cancellation/rescheduling later than 21 but earlier than 14 days before the recording date, you are not eligible for a refund. But the payment you made can fund another recording session within 90 calendar days of the original date or on the nearest available date, provided the new date is agreed upon within three days from the notification date.

Suppose you notify us about cancellation/rescheduling later than 14 days before the recording date or in case of repeated cancellation/rescheduling. In that case, you are not eligible for a refund, and the paid amount is counted as a cancellation fee.
